Legal
Privacy Policy
ArkNovah LLC (“ArkNovah”, “we”, “us”) runs arknovah.com and the ArkNovah client hub. This policy explains what personal information we collect through them, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to give us: company, the kind of project, a budget range, and your message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address, which we use only to stop automated spam.
When you sign in to the client hub, we use the email address ArkNovah set up for you, a password if you choose to set one, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. The hub shows information about your company’s engagement with us, such as hours worked and project status. We don’t collect anything new from you there.
When you visit any page, our hosting provider records standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
We don’t use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or session recording, and we don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss possible work together.
- To give authorized client contacts access to their project hub.
- To protect the site from spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase, for our database and client hub sign-in.
- Vercel, for website hosting.
- Our email service provider, which delivers contact-form notifications to us and sign-in codes to you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months after our last correspondence, unless you become a client.
- Client hub accounts: for the length of the engagement, then removed when access is no longer needed.
- Hosting logs: as set by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask how it is used, by emailing noahpritchard@arknovah.com. We respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls on our database, and sign-in protection on the client hub. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above.
